BRIDGE Bootcamp is a progressive leadership development and training series designed for early-stage founders, new executive directors, startup staff, and board members looking to grow their skills for the future of the movement.
These sessions are offered at no-cost to startup projects and BRIDGE alumni organizations, and on a sliding scale for organizations with budgets over $500,000. Space is limited and is first come, first served.

BRIDGE Bootcamp: Designing Grassroots Engagement Programs will bring leaders from across Texas together for two days of intensive, in-person training sessions covering personalized strategies and skill-building workshops. This session is designed specifically for startup founders and leadership teams actively engaged in grassroots democracy and justice work.
During this training, participants will deep dive into programmatic planning with a focus on 501(c)(3) compliance, civic engagement tactics, and data management best practices. Leaders will benefit greatly from support around the initial creation of data infrastructure and customer relationship management (CRM) systems using tools such as VAN and EveryAction. Additionally, a large focus of the weekend will be on building strong field teams and managing organizers.
Participants will walk away with a solid understanding of how to begin and best execute democracy and justice program planning as well as a program plan and clear strategies for goal-setting.
This Bootcamp will be interactive with active opportunities for participants to build collaborative strategies and create relationships for future campaigns. Shared learnings will be encouraged and tailored coaching will take place through activities the entire duration of the session.
